The Majorcan town of Artà is a picturesque gem in the northeast of the island. This charming townhouse, built in 1914 and surrounded by a lush garden, is located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the marketplace as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and cultural attractions.

Casaroques is the perfect base for exploring both Artà and the surrounding region. Spread over two floors, the house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children, featuring two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area.

Many of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches can be reached within just 20 minutes by car.

Please note that this is a private family home, occupied by the owners for most of the year. Therefore, vacation rentals are available only during limited periods.

For solo travelers or couples who do not require complete privacy, we also offer a simply equipped casita studio with access to the pool and optional use of a shared kitchen.
